There was a home invasion at 77 year old Congressman Bosnell's home last Saturday. Both Rep. Leonard Bosnell and his grandson fought the intruder on the congressman's farm in Iowa. His grandson grabbed a shotgun and the intruder fled.  Thank God for our right to bear arms.  Guns save lives.  Thank God everyone is safe and sound.

The 77-year-old congressman heard his daughter’s screams, came into the entryway and attempted to disarm the intruder. As they struggled, Boswell’s 22-year-old grandson, Mitchell Brown, got a shotgun from another room. When Mitchell Brown pointed the shotgun at the intruder, the man fled into the fields around the house outside of Lamoni.

Obama Birth Certificate Questioned on House Floor

While I tend to think that Obama was born in the U.S. or is considered a U.S. citizen I do believe it is proper for him to follow the chain of Presidents in releasing his birth certificate and other documents.

“Little baby with ink on their foot, stamped right there on the birth certificate – there’s one in this country we haven’t seen,’” he said. “But the footprints on those we have seen. Those little babies owe Uncle Sam $44,000.”

 

Rep. Etheridge Assaults Student

This is outrageous!  Rep. Bob Etheridge's reaction to the budding student journalists was unseemly, inappropriate, harsh, and criminal. He should be disciplined by the House of Representatives for acting like a moronic maniac. He did apologize, but this is unbecoming behavior for a congressman and an example must be made of him so that no other congressman does anything like this ever again.

House Vote Approves Use of Slaughter Rule; Liar Rep. Jason Altmire Votes For Slaughter Rule

Alright, the House voted 222 to 203 to approve the use of the Slaughter Rule.  How sickening. *UGH* Plus, the scumbucket Rep. Jason Altmire who said  he wouldn't vote for the health care Bill if Democrats used either of the trickery techniques called Demon-Pass, or the Slaughter Rule has just voted for the use of the Slaughter Rule.  What a freaking liar!!! It seems as though he's been bought and paid for somehow-by either Nancy Pelosi or Obama somehow.  What a freaking loser.  His constituents by far are against this bill and yet he is going against his constituents wishes. He is so despicable.  He is nothing but a puppet for Obama and Pelosi.  I guess he's going to be looking for another job after November.  I live very close to his district and will do my darndest to make sure that this libtard congressman isn't re-elected. According to a Fox News Poll 53% of the American people oppose this monstrosity of a bill. There is only 35% who favor Dems "reform".  Sure, why the hell should these asswipe congressman actually do their jobs and listen to the American people?  Nah. That would make sense(sarcasm). This is tyranny being thrust upon us all so that these Demoncrats can have more power and control over our lives. We must continue fighting to stop this bill from passing.  And, then if that fails, we must tie up the courts and challenge this unconstitutional Bill.

Congressman Mike Rogers Speaks Out Against Democrats Government Run Health Care

I tell you folks, I have recently come across a congressman who has integrity and is of honorable character who is willing to say it like it is to the Democratic establishment in Washington D.C. Congressman Mike Rogers has stood up and spoken for the majority of the American people who just want to flush this piece of crap bill down the toilet. He points out some of the things that are so very wrong with the Democrats health care bill. He says that congress can come up with something much better than this travesty of a bill. It is not the Democrats bill or no bill at all. The Democrats are using fear tactics to make you think that if their bill doesn't pass than no bill is going to pass. If The Democrats would agree to the common sense solutions that the Republicans have come up with and offered to deal with the rising costs of health care and accessibility for 15% of Americans than congress could have had a common sense health care bill passed by now. This bill will hurt 85% of Americans for the sake of 15% of Americans. How ludicrous and nonsensical!! The GOP has offered much better ways to help the 15% of Americans who need health insurance obtain health insurance, without hurting the other 85% of the population with government run health care. The United States has the best success rates for ALL cancer patients around the globe. This is because of innovation, technology, and the ability for cancer patients to see whichever doctor they need to without government dictating which doctor they can see and which they can't see. But, if the Democrats pass their government run health care then this will change America's health care system as we know it today. Our health care will go down the tubes and will not be a place for others to come to for cutting edge medical procedures. Government run health care will halt that technology and innovation that makes the United States the greatest nation on earth. We must continue the good fight to stop government run health care from passing Congress.

ARROGANCE, SNOBBISHNESS, BULLHEADEDNESS, IGNORANCE, RUTHLESSNESS, MYOPIC , UNSEEING, INCONSIDERATE, DISTASTEFUL, DECEITFUL, BOORISH, IMBECILLIC, NUMSKULLED BEHAVIOR, BUT MOST OF ALL THESE FREAK BEINGS OF NATURE DID NOT DO THE ONE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT OF THEIR JOB, AND THAT IS TO LISTEN TO THEIR CONSTITUENTS AND NOT DISREGARD THEIR VOICES, AND TREAT CITIZENS AS IF THEY WERE WORTHLESS INDIVIDUALS. And, then, a cataclysmic earthquake rocked the Democratic world last Tuesday when Scott Brown was elected as Senator of Massachusetts. After Tuesday, certain people like Jim Webb, Barney Frank, and Evan Bayh have had some healing of their amoebic diseases and are backpedaling on health care "reform." But others like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and President Obama still have this parasitic disease taking over their lives and insisting on forcing health care "reform" down our throats even though a majority of citizens want the Dems version of health care "reform" stopped. They are promoting tyranny and ignoring the will of the people. The people of MA have spoken because of the following: Democrats and their demagoguery of Obama, his “hope and change” mantra that in fact spawned a new wave of corruption to the enth degree, the realization of Obama campaign trail lies, lack of transparency, lack of bi-partisanship, radicalism and the Obama’s “re-making” or radicalizing of America, abandoning the principles laid out by our Founding Fathers, Democrats abandoning the rules of military law and American principles by accommodating terrorists or enemy combatants in giving them added benefits and rights only due to a civilian in America. Yes, this is the reason people voted for Scott Brown on Tuesday. But, unfortunately there is still an amoebic parasitic disease running rampant through the veins of Pelosi, Reid, Obama and their ilk.

This administration is confusing our brave men and women in the military who are serving overseas on how exactly they should handle captured terrorists on the battlefield with regards to miranda rights. How ludicrous, giving miranda rights to our enemy. This is so absurd. First, Obama has been appeasing and apologizing to the world and showing great weakness to other countries. He decides to close Gitmo to please his liberal base without having a plan on how to do so. That is a sign of an inept leader. That is a leader not having a clue. Maybe, the amoebic parasite has taken over his body and he's insane? What sane person would do and allow for these ludicrous and unconscionable things?

Obama is spreading the “love” of the terrorists all around, some to NYC, some to Thomson Correctional Facility in Illinois, some back to terrorist sympathizing countries, and some are staying in Gitmo whereby all these are endangering many, many American lives. Lo and behold the terrorists have filed complaints to stop their transfer to Thomson so that they can stay at Gitmo. If Gitmo is really all that bad than why do the terrorists want to stay at Gitmo? Or is it that the left has demonized Gitmo falsely?

Eric Holder and Obama are a bunch of cherry picking people who are political opportunists cherry picking principles of the Geneva Convention for political expediency. Eric Holder and Obama has been cherry picking the application of the Geneva convention rules and also cherry picking which detainees the Geneva Convention applies to. They are skirting around International military laws to fit their own political agenda instead of actually caring about the safety of American citizens. This is unconscionable!!! But, putting politics over American safety is not a new concept for Democrats.

The Obama administration is bending over backwards and accommodating a terrorist who is accusing a Navy Seal of punching him while the terrorist was being detained and transferred. If the Navy Seal’s accuser is not able to come to the United States than the charges should be dropped immediately. In fact, the Seals should have never been charged in the first place. The Navy Seals captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq- mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. But, this administration is forcing one those Navy Seal's, who is accused of punching a terrorist (oh poor baby terrorist!!), and this administration is dragging him to face his terrorist accuser all the way to Iraq because for some odd reason the terrorist can’t be brought to the U.S. This is one of the most ridiculous, abhorrent and unamerican things to ever to be done in the history of the United States. All of these inconsistencies are incomprehensible. Obama’s methods of engaging terrorism is one of complete chaos. This just blows my mind. This is unconscionable!! These three Navy Seals should be revered as heroes and instead our military or one commander and the Obama administration has made a mockery of Navy seals bringing justice to this terrorist. The terrorist is playing both the military and the Obama administration for fools. Well, It is obvious that this amoebic parasitic disease is spreading and is affecting people's mental abilities. We must keep up fighting the good fight against these amoebas.

Issa Report Reveals ACORN's Widespread Corruption

Congressman Darrell Issa, ranking member on the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, has been investigating the corrupt group ACORN and recently released a report that asks the question:

Is ACORN Intentionally Structured As a
Criminal Enterprise?

The Executive Summary states that ACORN has repeatedly and deliberately engaged in systemic fraud. Both structurally and operationally, ACORN hides behind a paper wall of nonprofit corporate protections to conceal a criminal conspiracy on the part of its directors, to launder federal money in order to pursue a partisan political agenda and to manipulate the American electorate.

ACORN:

1. has a total of 361 tax-exempt and non-exempt entities
2. diverts taxpayer and tax-exempt monies into partisan political activities.
3. Since 1994 upwards of $53 million in federal funds have been pumped into ACORN and
4. under Obama administration's stimulus package ACORN is suppose to receive $8.5 billion in stimulus funds.
5. This is our taxpayer money being given to the corrupt ACORN so they can filter the money for political purposes that would benefit the Democratic Party.
   

This report states that ACORN has:

First, ACORN has evaded taxes, obstructed justice, engaged in self dealing, and aided and abetted a cover-up of embezzlement by Dale Rathke, the brother of ACORN founder Wade Rathke.

Second, ACORN has committed investment fraud, deprived the public of its right to honest services, and engaged in a racketeering enterprise affecting interstate commerce.

Third, ACORN has committed a conspiracy to defraud the United States by using taxpayer funds for partisan political activities.

Fourth, ACORN has submitted false filings to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Labor, in addition to violating the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Fifth, ACORN falsified and concealed facts concerning an illegal transaction
between related parties in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).

According to Issa's Report, ACORN refused to report Dale Rathke's embezzlement of $948,607.50 as an excess benefit transaction which appears to have violated the Internal Revenue Service. The cover-up that happened for eight years also constitutes obstruction of justice. ACORN incentives for workers to attain their voter registration have produced voter fraud.

ACORN forged both formal and informal connections with former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown and President Barack Obama, among others. And, yes, there is evidence that President Obama's connections with ACORN reaches goes back a far piece and runs deep. ACORN and ACORN affiliates devised a scheme where each of these political figures campaigns received financial and personal resource contributions from ACORN and its affiliates which involved the use of taxpayer monies to support a partisan political agenda.
These actions are a clear violation of numerous tax and election laws.

ACORN has claimed success in “fighting key elements of the national Republican program", and in addition both ACORN and the SEIU took credit for the successful election of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, and called it "flawless."

ACORN and its Chicago-Style Politics crossed state lines where in this report
overt political goals were spelled out:

ACORN will target three competitive Ohio congressional districts
as well as a half dozen state rep seats nested within the districts.
Our electoral work will mobilize and educate voters [and] our
paid professional canvass will execute tightly managed Voter ID
and GOTV canvasses moving our core constituency of base and
swing voters to the polls to vote for the candidates who most
closely align with a progressive Working Families Agenda.

Committee investigators have tracked ACORN’s numerous failures to comply with federal laws that required the payment of excise taxes on excess benefits to Dale Rathke. SEIU Local 100 – under the direction of ACORN founder Wade Rathke – filed bogus reports with the Labor Department in order to conceal embezzlement. ACORN violated the overtime and record-keeping provisions of FLSA. All of these fraudulent acts would constitute a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001 by presenting false documents to the United States government.

Committee investigators have concluded that ACORN plundered employee benefits and
violated fiduciary responsibilities under ERISA by relieving corporate debts through prohibited loans to a related party. Moreover, ACORN affiliates lack independent control of their own assets and maintain shoddy accounting practices that serve to hide ACORN’s secret and illegal use of monies. ACORN conspired to conceal information concerning prohibited transactions from its board in violation of its corporate charter. ACORN’s termination of board members who sought to uncover its illegal activities perpetuates a cover-up at the expense of adherence to its own bylaws.

The evidence contained in this report proves that ACORN's stated purpose to promote grassroots civic participation has been perverted through fraudulent and illegal acts

Darrell Issa and the Committee's findings are in trying to figure out exactly which individuals own or control the organization which is necessary in order to prevent waste, fraud, and abuse of federal funds by ACORN. When ACORN commits bad acts it uses its lower to mid-level employees as scapegoats. ACORN failed to observe its corporate articles by loaning money without proper legal documentation, by ignoring its duties under the corporate bylaws, by misusing corporate funds, and by terminating its members without honoring the process setup in its Articles of Incorporation. ACORN has not complied with IRS filing requirements or ERISA.

ACORN’s inadequate management structure nurtured a breakdown of corporate integrity, encouraged improper political walls, fostered violations of the tax code, cultivated the illegal use of federal funds and supported an inadequate response to corporate embezzlement. ACORN accepts federal grant funds yet lacks any whistleblower policy, fails to comply with IRS laws and lacks an ongoing relationship with duly qualified legal counsel. Project Vote lacks hiring standards and routinely employs convicted felons.

ACORN Primary purpose is in lobbying. It has endorsed Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Representative Albert Wynn (D-MD), and Representative Donna Edwards (D-MD). ACORN keeps donor records from the Clinton, Kerry and Obama campaigns with the intent to engage in prohibited communications. ACORN receives federal funding yet engages in improper lobbying.

Should The FBI Be Reading Suspected Terrorists Miranda Rights?

While on the ground at the U.S. base detention facilities in Bagram, Afghanistan Congressman Mike Rogers(R-MI) discovered that FBI agents are reading Miranda Rights to terror suspects.
The Department of Justice Dan Boyd has confirmed this.

Boyd stated:
"There has been no policy change and nor blanket instruction issued for FBI agents to Mirandize detainees overseas. While there have been specific cases in which FBI agents have Mirandized suspects overseas, at both Bagram and in other situations, in order to preserve the quality of evidence obtained, there has been no overall policy change with respect to detainees."

This policy was started under the Bush administration.

Rogers, a former FBI special agent and U.S. Army officer, says the Obama administration has not briefed Congress on the new policy. “I was a little surprised to find it taking place when I showed up because we hadn’t been briefed on it, I didn’t know about it. We’re still trying to get to the bottom of it, but it is clearly a part of this new global justice initiative.”

The FBI claim to only Mirandize very specific detainees for very specific reasons.

I don't understand why the FBI is reading Miranda Rights to terror suspects who are not United States citizens. I am against giving terrorists rights that only should be afforded to U.S. citizens regardless of which administration was/is having FBI agents do it. Are we constitutionally bound to do this? Or is the FBI using Miranda Rights as a tool in order to gain information? Is this setting a dangerous precedent? Why is the FBI only mirandizing a select few of the suspected terrorists? President Obama has just recently decided that the detainees at Guantanomo Bay are not going to come to U.S. for military tribunals. Bush never considered this to be an option either. So, then why are we essentially giving suspected terrorists rights that they are not required to have by law since they are not going to be coming to the United States?
