Attack On Religious Liberty: Obama Administration Gives Non-Profit Groups One Year To Violate Consciences

Obama Administration's attack on the Catholic Church is an attack on everyone's religious liberty.

Under Obamacare all hospitals including non-profit and religious hospitals will be required to provide no-cost contraceptives including the birth control pill, morning after pill, and sterilization services. The Obama administration has decided to give a one year exemption to some non-profit groups on religious grounds but after the year ends they will be required to provide the above mentioned contraceptive benefits. This is yet another example of Obama and progressives working to undermine the Constitution and of them violating our Constitutional liberties.

Archbishop of New York and Cardinal-designate Timothy Dolan met personally with President Obama to talk about this matter. Dolan said this was the president’s way of saying, "we have a year to figure out how to violate our consciences."

There is an exception but Archbishop Dolan says it’s too narrow. Donohue agreed calling it a catch-22 because only if you’re a Catholic university, hospital, any non-profit organization that services and hires only Catholics, then that institution can be exempt. “One of the great things about the Catholic Church is the catholic with the small ‘c’, it means universal. We service people who are not Catholic. We always have since the immigrants in this country going back hundreds of years ago.”

This is another example of Obama saying one thing and then doing the opposite, essentially saying to the person or group screw you.  He doesn't give a crap that you have different beliefs than he does.  So much for tolerance.  Obama and progressives are the most intolerant of all, shoving their secularist immorality down our throats. It has become evident that he was lying when he promised Catholics that he would respect their "conscience rights" when he delivered his commencement address at Notre Dame in 2009. Of course citizens have become so accustomed to Obama lying he has been dubbed the Liar-in-Chief.

House Vote Approves Use of Slaughter Rule; Liar Rep. Jason Altmire Votes For Slaughter Rule

Alright, the House voted 222 to 203 to approve the use of the Slaughter Rule.  How sickening. *UGH* Plus, the scumbucket Rep. Jason Altmire who said  he wouldn't vote for the health care Bill if Democrats used either of the trickery techniques called Demon-Pass, or the Slaughter Rule has just voted for the use of the Slaughter Rule.  What a freaking liar!!! It seems as though he's been bought and paid for somehow-by either Nancy Pelosi or Obama somehow.  What a freaking loser.  His constituents by far are against this bill and yet he is going against his constituents wishes. He is so despicable.  He is nothing but a puppet for Obama and Pelosi.  I guess he's going to be looking for another job after November.  I live very close to his district and will do my darndest to make sure that this libtard congressman isn't re-elected. According to a Fox News Poll 53% of the American people oppose this monstrosity of a bill. There is only 35% who favor Dems "reform".  Sure, why the hell should these asswipe congressman actually do their jobs and listen to the American people?  Nah. That would make sense(sarcasm). This is tyranny being thrust upon us all so that these Demoncrats can have more power and control over our lives. We must continue fighting to stop this bill from passing.  And, then if that fails, we must tie up the courts and challenge this unconstitutional Bill.

Obamacare: A Change For the Worse

During the presidential campaign Obama promised that there would be transparency unlike the previous administrations. President BO promised to have the health care debate aired on C-Span.  Well, that never happened. Obama LIED!!!  This administration has been about as transparent as a 40 foot high brick wall charged to keep the enemy out.  What the Democrats are masquerading as "reform" is the biggest piece of garbage in history. Obamacare will do great harm to our citizens and our country.  The truth is that health care costs will skyrocket under Obamacare instead of the Democrats claims that it lowers health care costs. Obamacare will change the status quo and for the worse.

The Senate Majority Leader has decided that the last few days before Christmas are the opportune moment for a narrow majority of Democrats to stuff ObamaCare through the Senate to meet an arbitrary White House deadline. Barring some extraordinary reversal, it now seems as if they have the 60 votes they need to jump off this cliff, with one-seventh of the economy in tow.

Mr. Obama promised a new era of transparent good government, yet on Saturday morning Mr. Reid threw out the 2,100-page bill that the world's greatest deliberative body spent just 17 days debating and replaced it with a new "manager's amendment" that was stapled together in covert partisan negotiations. Democrats are barely even bothering to pretend to care what's in it, not that any Senator had the chance to digest it in the 38 hours before the first cloture vote at 1 a.m. this morning. After procedural motions that allow for no amendments, the final vote could come at 9 p.m. on December 24.

The rushed, secretive way that a bill this destructive and unpopular is being forced on the country shows that "reform" has devolved into the raw exercise of political power for the single purpose of permanently expanding the American entitlement state. An increasing roll of leaders in health care and business are looking on aghast at a bill that is so large and convoluted that no one can truly understand it, as Finance Chairman Max Baucus admitted on the floor last week. The only goal is to ram it into law while the political window is still open, and clean up the mess later.

• Health costs. From the outset, the White House's core claim was that reform would reduce health costs for individuals and businesses, and they're sticking to that story. "Anyone who says otherwise simply hasn't read the bills," Mr. Obama said over the weekend. This is so utterly disingenuous that we doubt the President really believes it.

The best and most rigorous cost analysis was recently released by the insurer WellPoint, which mined its actuarial data in various regional markets to model the Senate bill. WellPoint found that a healthy 25-year-old in Milwaukee buying coverage on the individual market will see his costs rise by 178%. A small business based in Richmond with eight employees in average health will see a 23% increase. Insurance costs for a 40-year-old family with two kids living in Indianapolis will pay 106% more. And on and on.

ACORN Probe Investigator Says They Have Done Nothing Illegal -- LIAR!!

Luther Scott Harshberger who just happens to be a Democrat and a lawyer from the state of Massachusetts has made the claim that ACORN has done nothing illegal. This is bullsh*t!! Either Hashberger is completely oblivious and blind, or he is in ACORN's back pocket. I tend to think the latter. He and the other democrats would benefit from ACORN's shenanigans, so why wouldn't he look the other way so that it would benefit his fellow Democratic friends?

He must not have probed very deep since the videos show ACORN workers giving advice on how to hide assets, and how to sneak illegal Americans into America and pimp them out. What the hell method did Harshberger use? Possibly the toothpick standard of analysis? Instead of actually digging to find the truth? The videos clearly show that ACORN committed illegal misconduct.
In the video, Obama talks about spreading "community values" and how community organizations will shape his agenda. What the hell was Obama talking about? Maybe, he was talking about spreading the "values" of prostitution, finding ways of bypassing the law, and promoting voter fraud in order to steal elections. He seems to believe in immorality, so, why not? He and other Democrats are forcing their secularist views on Americans, and common sense values are disappearing because of them. It seems like most of the democrats today are the most underhanded, dirty, and immoral people.
