Chuck Norris is one of my favorite actors! I used to watch his show - Walker, Texas Ranger - all the time during my teen years. It was such a great show because it taught family values. Reruns of the program are still airing on the Hallmark Channel along with a couple of other channels. Both Chuck Norris and his brother Aaron were bestowed with the title honorary Texas Ranger by Gov. Rick Perry. This is just too cool!! Plus, Chuck Norris is a top notch right wing conservative. I am so glad that he is one our side.

Out of Control Government Spending & Waste; $200,000 for Capitol Hill Bottled Water?
Here is a great article by Chuck Norris which reveals that federal spending has skyrocketed since Obama has taken office and massive government waste.

The Congressional Budget Office just reported that in the past two years since President Barack Obama took office, federal spending is up 21.4 percent.
The national deficit was $1.29 trillion in 2010 (second to the $1.4 trillion in Obama's first year in office, 2009), which means that for every $1 the federal government spent this past year, it borrowed 37 cents of it!
The feds will tell you that their outrageous spending habits were necessary to pull our economy out of its recession. But would their same rationale justify the fact that the money Congress spends on itself has soared 89 percent over the past decade, more than three times the U.S. inflation rate?
It's true. In 2000, the feds spent $2.87 billion to run Capitol Hill. In fiscal year 2010, they almost doubled the amount, to an enormous $5.42 billion. From 2000-10, while inflation went up 26 percent, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Capitol expenses went up 89 percent.
Were all those expenditures necessary to pull the economy out of a recession, too? Will the Obama administration again blame former President George W. Bush for its contemptible spending habits in its first two years?
According to Capitol News Connection and the congressional watchdog groups Sunlight Foundation and LegiStorm, here are just some of the itemized personnel costs of your legislative branch of government, including their comparative increases from 2000:
--Congress members' salaries and benefits: $126 million, up 23.5 percent.
--Expense allowances for Senate leaders: $180,000, up 99 percent.
--Senate officers: $178.98 million, up 99 percent.
--House leadership offices: $25.88 million, up 82 percent.
--Other House officers: $198.30 million, up 120 percent.
--Senators' personal offices: $422 million, up 75 percent.
--Representatives' personal offices: $660 million, up 62 percent.
--Architect of the Capitol salaries: $106.78 million, up 118 percent.
--Capitol Police salaries: $265.18 million, up 237 percent.
--Capitol Police general expenses: $63.13 million, up 860 percent.
Other items:
--Senate inquiries and investigations: $140.5 million, up 96 percent.
--Capitol grounds upkeep: $10.97 million, up 102 percent.
--Capitol building maintenance: $33.18 million (not listed separately in 2000).
--Senate office buildings: $74.39 million, up 16 percent.
--House office buildings: $100.46 million, up 169 percent.
--Capitol Visitor Center: $22.45 million (didn't exist in 2000).
--Congressional Budget Office: $45.16 million, up 72 percent.
--Government Accountability Office: $556.84 million, up 47 percent.

And if you don't think those costs are reflective of a nation in economic peril and government run amok, consider momentarily how critical these following costs are to running our country -- or are they?
--Since Democrat Nancy Pelosi took over the position of speaker of the House in January 2007, funding for her office soared 62 percent, from $2.9 million to $4.7 million. For a single office?!
--And taxpayers paid an enormous printing bill of $93.76 million, up 212 percent. (How many copies of the 1,000-plus-page Obamacare bill do you think that bought the feds? In a computer age of paperless transactions, don't you think they could save a few dollars here by learning what PDF files are?)
--According to the Sunlight Foundation, $4.28 million was spent on student loan repayments during the first quarter of this year as one of the congressional staff member employment perks.
--Pension costs continue to soar as congressional members enjoy the $60,000 annual benefit when they retire at age 62 after only having five years of congressional service. More than 400 former members receive average pensions of $60,000 a year.
--Taxpayers also forked out $3.27 million for Capitol Hill office supplies, as well as $628,332 for food. In addition, we spent $51.05 million on electricity and $4.63 million on sewer and water services in the Capitol building.
--And that water bill doesn't include the bottled water, which the House offices alone spent nearly $200,000 on during just the first quarter of 2010!
Friends, this next election fight is not for the weak at heart. Those elected next will either plummet our country into a fiscal abyss by maintaining the present course or deliver our economy from utter ruin by turning sharply to avoid economic disaster.
If our country is to survive, we must elect only those who show proof of fiscal discipline, refuse under all circumstances to increase our national deficit, disdain special interests, are willing to radically cut spending, and commit to pass and live under a constitutional amendment for a balanced budget. The Cowboy Way
King Obama sits on his throne in his sinister lair with his computer right by his side, amidst the mountainous terrain in Poland. Obama has capitulated to Russia and squelched the Missile Defense System that was promised to Poland. The only reason Obama would veer off in this drastic direction is that he has gone looney. Obama traded Russia gold, and the U.S. received mere peanuts in return. The snake(Obama) has made a back door deal with Putin and supposedly promises to create a better Defense Missile shield while stringing Poland along at the same time.
All of a sudden, Obama sees a bright orange light. Clear as day, Its a missile. The orange light gets much brighter, bigger, and even bigger. With his computer Obama fgures out the missile will hit Poland in about 6 hours. He says, AaaaHH!! Its coming at me!! OMG, meanwhile there's NO missile defense shield to protect him or the surrounding area. Well, gosh dangit, Maybe Bush was right afterall? The Missile Shield would have been a great idea!! Maybe, I could save Poland from a horrible disaster with my messianic powers? But, he thinks... I can't betray my fellow fascist, thuglike dictators- Putin, Ahmadinejad(will refer to him as Imad), and Chavez. They are my bros. What the heck has Poland done for me lately? Nothing. Poland has only sent soldiers into Iraq and Afghanistan and supported the Patriotic USA loving Bush. I can't be a part of any of that. I'll just leave Poland to deal with that drat missile.
King Obama fleets off in his commando type plane in warp speed to a far off hideaway place located in Iran, to meet his good budddies Imad, Putin, and Chavez. King Obama's good buddies lead him inside a cave, what is supposed to be a safe place for an extended stay for all of them. Obama says Gee, this kinda looks like the layout of Club Gitmo. A rock falls on his head, and as the iron bars come down, Imad says, The terrorists liked it so much we thought we'd replicate it specfically for YOU. King Obama says, What the hell? People call me the One. Some even call me the messiah. The door closes and through the little window, Obama's so called good buddies tell him, We knew that you were weak. We used you so that we could rule the World. We're much better manipulaters and liars then you are. Plus, that God complex irks us to no end. Imad, Chavez and Putin say, Your way too much of a Christian for us. Obama said, Oh! No! That Christian jargon was just an act and a complete cover up during the election, to get me elected. A says, Oh Well Shit happens. There are only enough riches in the World for us three amigos to sponge off of.
Within an hour Biden receives word from the secret service that Obama has disappeared from Poland. Then, a message comes through from Chavez, Putin, and Imad saying, we have your cowardly pussy of a President. We are holding him until you relinquish all rights to the fortune of America. Biden says, UH! We don't have fortune in America. Haven't you heard that there's a global recession that started with the U.S.? Putin, Chavez and Imad say, Is he really a man? He didn't put up a fight at all. Biden says, Of course, Last I checked, he was a man. Biden says, We
need the One, We'll get call you back. Meanwhile all of the national security were in the process of trying to think of a plan to rescue King Obama. Biden says, How about Bush, Cheney, and Chuck Norris? Wicked Witch Pelosi says Hell No! They approve of the use of that enhanced interrogation technique crap. Biden, says, It might be torture, but it works. The Wicked witch Pelosi states, I won't be a part of this unethical business of rescuing the President. The wicked witch goes flying on her broom back to San Francisco.Biden calls the cowboy trio and they are willing to use their tactics to rescue King Obama. A few CIA agents accompany Bush, Cheney, and Norris to Iran to rescue Obama. Chuck Norris uses his expertise in Karate to capture the Iranian guards. The CIA start the process of gaining intelligence information using a new and particularly vicious enhanced interrogation technique adapted from the works of the late Douglas Adams.
In record time, they find out the exact location of where King Obama is being held. The CIA agents, Bush, Cheney, and Norris are outside of the cave where Obama is being held. They all used lethal force against the guards. They finally figure out the combination to get inside the cave. They have found King Obama. King Obama asked, How did you find me? We used CIA agents to gather intelligence using EIT's. Obambi asks, How ethical is that? Then they think to themselves, with comments like that, should we leave him to fend for himself? Then the CIA, Cheney, Bush, Norris drag Obambi outside.
An hour later King Obama finally remembers to tell Biden that there there is a huge orange missile heading straight for Poland. What should we do? Bush said, Why not tell Biden to dispatch some F-22 stealth fighters to intercept the missile,and shoot it down? Obambi states, that sounds like a good idea.
Another hour later, Biden does just that. First, the military intercepts the missile and shoots it down. Then the military headed to Iran and they bomb, bomb Iran. They kill all three of the rogue brutal dictators Putin, Chavez , and Imad. And, King Obama is now safe and sound on his throne in Washington D.C. Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel-Reason #1 Not to Support Obamacare
Here is the first of at least a few articles of me explaining why I am against Obamacare. Since the issue of "death panels" has been at the forefront recently, I will start there. While the section is called End of Life Counseling, Sarah Palin was correct in her assessment in describing them as "death panels."
First- There is a mandate in this bill that requires every five years that you absolutely MUST participate in Advanced Care Planning. What??? Govt should have no role in our lives whatsoever as to whether or not we have end of life counseling every five years or at all for that matter. This is yet another example of government trying to claim more control and power over our lives. And the result of this will be taking away even more of our freedom.
WHETHER A PERSON CHOOSES END OF LIFE COUNSELING OR NOT, IS NOT ANY OF OUR GOVERNMENT'S DAMN BUSINESS!!
There are some items in this bill that would be good suggestions for citizens to take part in but should by no means be in this bill as a requirement. For the average citizen to have knowledge about such things as health care proxies, advanced directives, living wills and durable powers of attorney, and for them to be explained to you by a practitioner is a great idea, but this HAS NO PLACE BEING IN A HEALTH CARE BILL!
Ezekiel Emanuel M.D., P.H.D., the brother of Rahm Emanuel, is a leading opponent of euthanasia laws, sometimes called state-assisted suicide, and a proponent of a Guaranteed Healthcare Access Plan. Emanuel is acting as Special Adviser for Health Policy to Peter Orszag, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. I believe he is the driving force behind Obamacare and the main architect of the bill as well.
One provision of the bill states that the practitioner gives a person a list of national and State-specific resources to assist consumers and their families with advance care planning, including the national toll-free hotline, the advance care planning clearinghouses, and State legal
service organizations.
In section 427 the bill talks about medical orders with regards to life sustaining treatment and how they are standardized all across the State. According to the bill certaiin agencies are involved in your decision making as well. Citizens are guided in their end of life decision making by a Coalition of Stake Holders which includes representatives from:
The fact that this is state run and that the government is involved in a person/patient's decision making is extremely scary to me. Who knows whether the government, in order to save money will be promoting euthanasia. One of the top advisers to the President backs the use of euthanasia so I don't believe it a far stretch by any means to think that these panels would promote euthanasia in order to save the government money, especially if the person is under the government- run health care.
On Chuck Norris's article called Dirty Secret No. 2 in Obamacare he reveals more details regarding Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel. And his bible for health care reform
is his book Healthcare, Guaranteed.
Chuck Norris says, "I find it far more than a coincidence how much Emanuel's book parallels Obamacare's philosophy, strategy and proposed legislation."
'First, Emanuel rejects any attempts at incremental change or reform to our health care system (Page 185).
Second, in the chapter "Opening the Door to Comprehensive Change," starting on Page 171 (which reads more like a political and mass-manipulating strategy than a health care manual), Emanuel drives home "a key political lesson: the need to rush the legislation through." (Seen this methodology being used lately?!)'
'Third, as Obama crusades around the country pitching Obamacare, he continues to avoid giving virtually any specific details of the program. That, too, is a strategy of Emanuel's: "Americans need to avoid the policy weeds. Focusing on details will only distract and create tangles and traps (Page 183).'
'Fourth, Emanuel describes a comprehensive government health care program that is run completely by a national health board and 12 regional health boards ("modeled on the Federal Reserve System" -- Page 83). Critics would say, "But that is not the national board as described in Obamacare or H.R. 3200." Not yet, anyway. Does anyone doubt that the duties and power of the national "Health Benefits Advisory Committee" will morph and grow over time? And what power will it wield when it is like the Federal Reserve?'
'Fifth, Emanuel believes in the "phasing out of Medicare (and) Medicaid (pages 88-89 and 94-95)." Could their eventual termination be the reason Obama's administration won't merely reform those programs to accommodate its universal health care desires?'
'Sixth, Emanuel believes in ending employer-based health care (pages 109-112).'
Seventh, Emanuel believes a universal health care program could be paid for by phasing out Medicare and Medicaid, adopting a value-added tax of at least 10 percent, etc., and then allowing Americans themselves to "pay extra with after-tax dollars" (Page 100) for additional medical benefits (beyond the government program).
Chuck Norris states that wherever the money comes from, we will eventually PAY.
'Eighth, enough has been written lately about Emanuel's end-of-life counsel and consultation, including withholding his advice from The Hastings Center Report (in 1996) that medical care should be withheld from those "who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens. ... An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia." '
So, with the knowledge of this information about Ezekiel Emanuel, and with him being the Special Adviser for Health Policy to the White House,
I do believe that the End Of Life Counseling would essentially be "Death Panels."

over child care and development!
Congress continues their sneaky, deceitful ways. Since Congress could not get it passed in the Education Begins at Home Act last year, they have snuck the Support for Quality Home Visitation Program in the health bill. This is government intrusion at the highest levels. This starts even before the child is born-how outrageous is that!!!
PURPOSE.—The purpose of this section is to improve the well-being, health, and development of children by enabling the establishment and expansion of high quality programs providing voluntary home visitation for families with young children and families expecting children.
While this section of the bill states that this is a voluntary program, the government will be targeting communities with a high proportion of low-income families. I believe that this will lead to coercion by the government and its officials to force this as well as its propaganda on low-income parents.
The government under this program is supposed to:
"Employ well-trained and competent staff, maintain high quality supervision, provide for ongoing training and professional development, and show strong organizational capacity to implement such a program..."
When the hell has there ever been a competent, well-trained Government Official especially in today's day and age? What a joke!!
In this section of the bill it is stated that there will be "activities designed to help parents become full partners in the education of their children"!
Full Partners with who? Oh! Hell no!!
Not the Government!!!
Chuck Norris states,
Are we to assume the state's mediators would understand every parent's social or religious core values on parenting? Or would they teach some secular-progressive and religiously neutered version of parental values and wisdom? And if they were to consult and coach those who expect babies, would they ever decide circumstances to be not beneficial for the children and encourage abortions?
One government rebuttal is that this program would be "voluntary." Is that right? Does that imply that this agency would just sit back passively until some parent needing parenting skills said, "I don't think I'll call my parents, priest or friends or read a plethora of books, but I'll go down to the local government offices"? To the contrary, the bill points to specific targeted groups and problems, on Page 840: The state "shall identify and prioritize serving communities that are in high need of such services, especially communities with a high proportion of low-income families.
Are we further to conclude by those words that low-income families know less about parenting? Are middle- and upper-class parents really better parents? Less neglectful of their children? Less needful of parental help and training? Is this "prioritized" training not a biased, discriminatory and even prejudicial stereotype and generalization that has no place in federal government, law or practice?
Bottom line: Is all this what you want or expect in a universal health care bill being rushed through Congress? Do you want government agents coming into your home and telling you how to parent your children? When did government health care turn into government child care?
This is yet another example of how our government wants to control our lives as well as future generations. This is one more reason Obamacare must be stopped!!
