Where Were You When We Were Attacked On 9/11?

Where were you and what were you doing on September 11, 2001?  Where were you when the planes crashed into The Twin Towers, The Pentagon, and Shanksville?

September 11, 2001 is a day I will never forget. It will be etched in my memory forever.  I was in my car driving from Pittsburgh to Steubenville. I was meeting Kevin - my boyfriend at the time, now my husband - along with heading to a theology class.  I was listening to the radio when I heard something about planes hitting buildings. I was thinking what is this that I'm listening to?  I have to say at first I thought I was listening to some work of fiction. Then as I switched through the radio stations I kept hearing the same news. I heard that two planes had crashed into The Twin Towers of The World Trade Center and then I knew that what I had heard before on the radio was in fact a reality.  Then we found out that the horrific, tragic attacks which took place that day were carried out by Islamic extremists. The evil terrorists took the lives of 3000 innocents.  Al Qaeda had declared war on the United States on 9/11.  During my class we prayed for the souls of all those who lost their lives as well as for their loved ones whom they left behind.  May we continue to keep both them and their families in our prayers as we remember those terrible, heartbreaking events that happened 10 years ago.

Conference Recruiting Terrorists for Islamic New World Order?

From REALCourage.com: There is an anti-democracy group called Hizb ut-Tahrir America that is planning another event on July 11 in a Chicago suburb of Oak Brook, IL.

“Hizb ut-Tahrir America (HTA) released a video announcement for its 2010 “Khilafah Conference,” to be held on July 11 at the Chicago Marriott, Oak Brook. The conference is titled, ‘Emerging World Order: How the Khilafah Will Shape the World.’”

– “Last year, HTA announced its presence in the United States by hosting a conference at the Hilton in Oak Lawn, Illinois. The conference drew approximately 500 supporters, but did not appear to generate lasting momentum for HTA beyond the flurry of press reporting surrounding the event.”

– “Hizb ut-Tahrir (HT) has a presence in more than 45 countries around the world and seeks to establish an Islamic state. Once its government has been established, HT intends to spread Islam to the rest of the world.”

Mark Levin Explains John Adams & the Boston Massacre

Mark Levin explains that there is NO parallel between John Adams, the Boston Massacre, and the lawyers who defend enemy combatants today who are without a doubt guilty of committing terrorist acts, or aiding in terroristic acts.

MOA Terrorist Training Camps in America Exposed

This video shows just how "peaceful" the Muslims of America really are.  There are terrorist training camps right here in America.

A new Muslims of America (MOA) terror training video has been uncovered by the Christian Action Network. This video show members of MOA participating in paramilitary style training on their compound.

Under Mounting Pressure the Department of Justice Released Names of the Al Qaeda 7

The video called Al-Qaeda 7 which was released yesterday by the conservative group Keep America Safe was extremely effective. YEA!!!! This video proved to be more effective in pressuring the Department of Justice to release the names of the Department of Justice lawyers who represented terrorists at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba than the multiple requests which were made over a period of several months by some congressman. The names of the lawyers are listed below.  Finally, now there has been some transparency from this administration.

Rep. Frank R. Wolf (R-Va.) sent a letter to Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. on Tuesday asserting that "the decision to allow attorneys who advocated for terrorists held at Guantanamo to craft detainee policy during the war on terror would be akin to allowing attorneys for the Mafia to draft organized crime policy during the 1960s."

I agree with Rep. Frank R. Wolf. There are conflicts of interest for all of these lawyers  who are working at the DOJ now who had previously defended terrorists. I don't see how they could possibly have America's best interest at heart.

Jonathan Cedarbaum is now working at the Justice Department and previously worked at the firm WilmerHale. With his effort the firm brought the case Boumediene v. Bush to the Supreme Court, which reaffirmed the right of detainees to challenge their detention.

Karl Thompson is now working at the Justice Department and worked for the firm O'Melveny & Myers. He became one of seven attorneys to represent Omar Khadr, a Canadian citizen who was captured in Afghanistan in 2002 and transferred to Guantanamo Bay.

Joseph Guerra is now working at the Justice Department and worked previously at the firm Sidley Austin. He was one of five lawyers from the firm to help three civil liberties groups, including the self-described "conservative" Rutherford Institute, file a detainee-related brief with the Supreme Court.

Tali Farhadian now works at the Justice Department and previously worked at the firm Debevoise & Plimpton. In 2006, she helped file a brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, urging the federal appeals court to hear the case of Ali al-Marri, the only "enemy combatant" at the time being held on U.S. soil.

Beth Brinkmann now works at the Justice Department and previously worked at the firm Morrison & Foerster when she helped compile at least two Supreme Court briefs dealing with Guantanamo Bay detainees.

Tony West now works at the Justice Department and previously worked at Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office. He represented "American Taliban" Johh Walker Lindh, a move that was hotly debated after West was nominated to the Justice Department in January 2009. West wasn't confirmed until April 2009.

"Weich acknowledged in the letter that Principal Deputy Solicitor General Neal Katyal previously represented a Guantanamo Bay detainee and that National Security Division Attorney Jennifer Daskal previously worked for Human Rights Watch, which advocates on behalf of detainees."

I have no problem with the proper counsel being able to help in the terrorists defense, but I don't think pro bono work is meant for suspected terrorists who either tried killing us or aided in that terrorism. It is only proper for the military to call on lawyers to defend terrorists under an arrangement that the suspected terrorists would be tried in the proper manner which is in front of a miliatry tribunal.

The Al Qaeda 7 & Transparency

I have a few questions: Why would the Justice Department release the names of the lawyers who represented terrorists at Gitmo to Bill O'Reilly, but yet not release these same names to Congress?  In my opinion, this just doesn't make sense.  Are these names bogus?  Bill O'Reilly didn't say the names, so was this a request made to him by the Justice Department, even though they released the lawyer's names to a member of both the media and the public?   This smells fishy.  The Obama administration should start living up to its promise of transparency and release the names of the DOJ lawyers who defended terrorists. The American people have a right to know who is supposedly defending our nation against these terrorists.

Data Mining: Is Credit Card Fraud More Serious Than Terrorism?

This is clearly appeasement politics gone bad. People are okay with data mining when it is used to fight against consumer fraud with relation to credit cards but are not alright with data mining when it comes to our safety from terrorists. This country has become A$$ backwards. This is ludicrous!! Our government has given up a very important capability to sift out who are and who are not terrorists. It is clear that the civil libertarians overreacted to this necessary and effective tool that could have been used to protect us from terror while maintaining our privacy at the same time. Civil libertarians consistently defend Individual rights to the enth degree even when it is to the detriment to our national security. This is on more instance where political appeasement took precedent over Americans' safety.

Here is an interesting article I found that was written by John Yoo about data mining as it relates to terrorism and how valuable information is being lost in the fight to stop terror because our government isn't willing to allow its use against terrorists.

The U.S. is fighting terror with one hand behind its back by refusing to exploit data-mining tools.

With the arrests last week of 24 alleged terrorists in Britain, the government's legal tools for fighting Al Qaeda are up for debate once again. Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff suggests that Congress emulate Britain's law allowing extended pretrial detention of suspects. Others have observed that British law enforcement can more easily initiate investigations and obtain search warrants than their American counterparts.

But increasing detention time or making warrants easier to come by merely extends an old-fashioned approach to catching terrorists. These tools require individualized suspicion and "probable cause"; police must have evidence of criminal activity in hand. Such methods did not prevent 9/11, and stopping terrorists, who may have no criminal record, requires something more.

Instead of enlarging the scope of standard law enforcement methods, we should be doing what Americans do best--innovating and applying new technology to the problem. Despite what civil libertarians might have you think, that means data mining.

Data mining uses supercomputers to analyze vast amounts of information for suspicious patterns of behavior. It appears to have been an important tool in breaking up the plot in Britain. According to news reports, British authorities searched telephone, e-mail and banking records and uncovered connections between the bombers in Britain and their supporters in Pakistan.

American efforts to develop sophisticated data-mining abilities died early in 2003, when criticism killed the Defense Department's Total Information Awareness program. The idea was to develop mining techniques to compare information in government and commercial databases. Civil libertarians engaged in a scare campaign representing the TIA as an unchecked Big Brother. Congress cut off all funding for the program. It was a political defeat early in the war on terrorism, and the president retreated as fast as he could.

But that was a dangerous overreaction. Corporations already use data mining to detect consumer fraud and to market products such as credit cards and magazine subscriptions. Financial companies analyze patterns that might indicate a stolen credit card or bank account number. Why should the government be barred from using similar tools on similar databases to protect the country from attack? Data mining is nothing but an ordinary, ubiquitous feature of technology today.

In fact, the government also already uses modest forms of data mining. In response to drug cartels and organized crime, federal authorities are allowed to search banking records for signs of money laundering. Such analysis has already paid off in the war against terror by identifying groups that funnel funds to extremist organizations.

What about privacy concerns? The Supreme Court has found that the information in business records does not merit 4th Amendment protection because the consumer has already voluntarily turned over the information to a third party.

Still, civil libertarians object to data mining because most of the records and communications that would be searched are innocent, and there is no suspicion of criminal activity attached to any individual whose records may be mined. When the National Security Agency was discovered in May to be looking at telephone billing information on millions of calls within the United States, Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) railed at a hearing: "Are you telling me tens of millions of Americans are involved with Al Qaeda?"

But it's important to remember that data mining is not the same thing as gathering the information in the first place. The NSA's program of looking at billing information, for example, doesn't raise the same constitutional issues as its other recently revealed program: warrantless wiretaps. There, the content of communications was captured. A federal trial judge in Detroit enjoined such surveillance Thursday, in a decision already on appeal.

Data mining could be controlled and developed so that it protects us from terror and maintains our privacy. Analysis could be limited to data already turned over to third parties. Searches could be performed initially by computer; only after a certain level of suspicious activity had been registered would an intelligence or law enforcement officer be allowed to see the results. A warrant could still be required to investigate the content of communications or the purpose of purchases.

Right now, we're fighting terror with one hand behind our back by refusing to exploit data-mining tools. London's success should serve notice that we must use our technological sophistication and reject the sky-is-falling claims of the extreme civil libertarians.

Bush Lawyers Vindicated by Justice Department

Thank goodness that this particular witch hunt by the Obama administration is over. In a report by Reuters, the Bush administration lawyers have been cleared of any wrongdoing. YEA!!! The Justice Department concluded that the lawyers used bad judgement, but did nothing criminal. I would hardly call authorizing these necessary techniques for use on terrorists as bad judgement. After 9/11, the lawyers authorized these techniques, which were necessary to keep this country safe for 7 1/2 years during the Bush years. John Yoo and Jay Bybee are my heroes for thinking about the safety of the United States and its citizens first and putting partisan politics second. Our safety is by far more important than the terrorists so-called rights. I am proud to be an alive American today, and thankful to these fine men, John Yoo and Jay Bybee, for their efforts to keep us safe from terrorists.

Krauthammer: Obama is "On Wrong Side of Logic and Reason" On Miranda Rights For Terrorists-- They are NOT Merely Civilians Living in U.S.

Krauthammer applies common sense, logic, and the knowledge to know the best way to keep this country safe.  He comes up with the right answer on whether or not terrorists are obligated or required to be given miranda rights.  This administration has clearly been appeasing the far leftsists living in Hollywood. And, instead of taking their oaths of office seriously, caring about the safety of all Americans, this administration has decided to grant extra rights to terrorists, and made it ppolicy to negotiate with terrorists instead of using the common sense required to keep this country safe from terrorists. This administration has displayed callousness and illogical policies when it comes to keeping this country safe.

Political Correctness: The Chains On Our Brains

Political correctness has thrust the "need" to micromanage others thoughts and introduced us to the thought police in our society. Political correctness has become like an infectious disease that has spread throughout society and has now invaded and infiltrated our military. Political correctness has made it nearly impossible to distinguish between fake abuse and real abuse. Political correctness blurs the lines between right and wrong and spreads lies about what is actually right and what is actually wrong. Liberals have advocated for this political correctness in an effort to keep the chains on your brains. Now the military's upper echelon all in the name of political correctness has decided to aid our enemy in the persecution of our Navy Seals. The military is aiding our enemy in proving what is most likely, false accusations by Muslim Jihadists who murdered four Blackwater workers and then hung them over a bridge. The military is helping our enemy who committed this heinous crime. Even if the Navy Seals did give our enemy a fat lip, so what? This Navy Seals are not policemen. They are fighting a war. War is hell. These sissyfied liberals and peacenicks need to accept what it takes to win a war or military action. The United States is in this to win and we are not supposed to make it fair for the terrorists. We are not supposed to accommodating the Muslim Jihadists - our enemies every whim. This is about our soldiers being given the necessary tools to have the capacity to fight and win the wars. Political correctness is barring our military from having the necessary tools to win the war against Muslim Jihadists. Political correctness has led to a sissified version of fighting wars or military actions. Places like facebook have sided with political correctness, allowing Muslim Jihadists to have facebook groups while banning groups that are against Muslim extremists. This is ludicrous!! The thought police on Facebook must be stopped. I will not let political correctness or liberalism keep chains on my brain.

A big H/T goes to both TOTUS and Patriots Corner for this letter & article on the Facebook issue:

Recently Facebook removed the accounts of the following counter jihadists in a move that reflects the mindset of dhimmitude and allowing one side to continue(Islam and Islamofacists) while censoring the counter jihadists. Here are the groups, individuals who had their accounts cancelled: Anders Gravers, Stephen Gash, and Harald Andersen of SIOE and SIAD (Denmark), Organizers of Stop Islamization of Bulgaria (Pavel Chernov), and Stop Islamization of America (Kendra) also had their personal Facebook accounts removed. I will post any and every article that these individuals publish, on Facebook. This is nothing more than caving in to political correctness, possibile 'subtle' pressure from the trolls within the Obama administration, fear of allowing anything being critical of Islam, Muslims or shariah law. Please feel free to repost this or go to SIOA site and support them. I have posted the entire article here by D.L. Adams. We are at war with Islam, their march to force their brand of perverse ideology and shariah law upon the upon the free world.

As I post alot of links to articles, editorials about Islam and islamofacism on Facebook, it would not surprise me to have my account get the boot, and that of many others as well. This is a long post but I hope you will read all of it and support SIOA and those of us standing up to Islam, shariah law and jihadist.

A Facebook Controversary

D.L. Adams

SIOA

In the internet world of social networking Facebook is the premier platform. Its reach is global and its user community numbers in the hundreds of millions. According to statistics about Facebook posted on Facebook’s own site there are 350 million users, 50% of whom log in on “any given day”. This means that at any given time there are likely at least 150 million people logged in on the site. Facebook has deeply affected the way that individuals and groups communicate and interact with one another.

Facebook’s rules are extensive and clearly listed on their “Statement of Rights” page. However there are terms used that are open to interpretation. Most specifically the nature of content posted on personal and group pages is open to scrutiny and judgment by Facebook staff; action taken by Facebook against its users sometimes appears arbitrary and harsh. Accounts are disabled or removed generally with no warning or explanation. Returning to the site and recovering one’s content can be difficult or impossible. For people with large “friends lists” or who use Facebook for professional purposes loss of their Facebook account can have unpleasant consequences. For many users especially those who access their accounts throughout the day via mobile device (blackberry, etc.) Facebook is an almost ubiquitous communications tool.

Many Facebook users express political views and opinions – often challenging and unpopular views. There are millions of pages dedicated to discussion of issues across the political and cultural spectrum. SIOA, SIOE and other like-minded groups as well as those holding opposing views use Facebook extensively to get their messages out. With a potential audience in the hundreds of millions the significance of Facebook to those who wish to spread knowledge and engage in direct discussion with interested people, often in real-time, the loss of a Facebook presence can be significant.

Several days ago, without warning or explanation, and in an apparently simultaneous action Facebook removed the personal accounts of Anders Gravers, Stephen Gash, and Harald Andersen of SIOE and SIAD (Denmark). Organizers of Stop Islamization of Bulgaria (Pavel Chernov), and Stop Islamization of America (Kendra) also had their personal Facebook accounts removed. As no explanation for these actions has been provided, one can only speculate as to the cause and purpose of these account removals.

While it is understood that Facebook is privately held and is not required to provide access the removal of SIOA/SIOE organizers’ personal accounts appears to demonstrate a particular opinion on the part of Facebook management, a certain bias against the message if the not the individuals themselves. Notably, the organizer of the Jewish Internet Defense Force (JIDF) has long been banned from Facebook.

Facebook’s user guidelines regarding content can be interpreted in any number of ways. Simultaneous account removal of multiple users having a common viewpoint appears to demonstrate a negative bias relating to the philosophical and political positions espoused by the individuals mentioned above. Because almost every user of Facebook could be said to be in violation of one or more guidelines at any given time the removal of accounts of users with the same political positions must therefore be specific and targeted rather than arbitrary.

There are many controversial individuals and groups on Facebook including Islamists, supporters of terrorism, Nazis, and even terrorists themselves, etc. People having these views and worse remain on Facebook but those having anti-jihad perspectives apparently are now targets for account removal. How can this be explained?  FULL STORY HERE

LTC Allen West Discusses Obama, MLK, Race Relations & Other Issues

LTC Allen West, US Army (Ret) discusses many issues surrounding the Obama presidency.  He is a great patriot.  This is an interesting interview.

This is an interesting article on how Obama has confused and endangered our military's lives due to his lackadasical policies on terrorism.

Thanks Obama: U.S. Commanders in Afghanistan ‘Confused’ about How To Handle Captured Terrorists

Washington (CNSNews.com) – Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), just back from a fact-finding trip to Afghanistan and Pakistan, said he and other senators found operational “confusion” among U.S. military officials on how to handle detained enemy combatants.

“From the top to the bottom, the military, the American military people that we talked to, indicated some confusion, operationally, about what you do when you detain a terrorist,” McConnell said at a press conference on Tuesday.

The Republican delegation, which McConnell led, included Republican Sens. Mike Crapo (Idaho), Roger Wicker (Miss.), and Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), the Senate GOP Conference vice-chairwoman

After pointing out that a U.S. military general declined to answer questions about the handling of insurgent detainees without the presence of his lawyer, the minority leader said: “This operational confusion has . . . been created, it strikes me, unnecessarily and, frankly, dangerously, by the administration.”

McConnell criticized the administration, in particular, for recently handing over the so-called underwear bomber, Nigerian terror suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, to criminal courts rather than to the military.

“This sort of preoccupation, if you will, that we see on full display here in the U.S., with the example of the Christmas would-be bomber being turned over — not to the military for interrogation, but to criminal courts — and told he is entitled to a lawyer, is a mentality that I think is very dangerous in the war on terror,” the minority leader said.

Obama is Weak on Terror

In the article, Krauthammer is spot on. From the very beginning, the Obama administration has been both callous and naive in their approach to the War on Terror. The Obama administration's use of euphemisms with regards to the War on Terror shows a complete disconnect from the reality of the dangers that terrorism poses to America and Americans. Starting from Obama's decision to close Gitmo, his decision to try KSM in a civilian courtroom in New York City, and the administrations's decision to treat terrorists and enemy combatants as mere common criminals shows that this administration doesn't understand what it takes to fight a war or what it means for America to be at War. This administration's actions have made it crystal clear that they have not a clue as to how to deal with the enemy in wartime and that they have gone back to a pre-9/11 mentality. This administration is giving the terrorists all the advantages, the upper hand, while putting constraints on our CIA, U.S. soldiers, have weakened our security increasing the the threat to American lives just to be "nice" and be "fair" to terrorists who will avail themselves of the use of any tactic to kill innocent lives all in the name of Allah. The Obama administration is living in the normative, a non-existent world, instead of what it is in the present - REALITY - which is the grave threat that terrorists pose to America.

Here is Krauthammer's article:

Janet Napolitano — former Arizona governor, now overmatched secretary of homeland security — will forever be remembered for having said of the attempt to bring down an airliner over Detroit: "The system worked."
The attacker's concerned father had warned U.S. authorities about his son's jihadist tendencies. The would-be bomber paid cash and checked no luggage on a transoceanic flight. He was nonetheless allowed to fly, and would have killed 288 people in the air alone, save for a faulty detonator and quick actions by a few passengers.
Heck of a job, Brownie.
The reason the country is uneasy about the Obama administration's response to this attack is a distinct sense of not just incompetence but incomprehension. From the beginning, President Obama has relentlessly tried to downplay and deny the nature of the terrorist threat we continue to face. Napolitano renames terrorism "man-caused disasters." Obama goes abroad and pledges to cleanse America of its post-9-11 counterterrorist sins. Hence, Guantánamo will close, CIA interrogators will face a special prosecutor, and Khalid Sheik Mohammed will bask in a civilian trial in New York — a trifecta of political correctness and image management.
And just to make sure even the dimmest understand, Obama banishes the term "war on terror." It's over — that is, if it ever existed. Obama may have declared the war over. Unfortunately, al-Qaida has not. Which gives new meaning to the term "asymmetric warfare.
And produces linguistic — and logical — oddities that littered Obama's public pronouncements following the Christmas Day attack. In his first statement, Obama referred to Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab as "an isolated extremist." This is the same president who, after the Ford Hood shooting, warned us "against jumping to conclusions" — code for daring to associate Nidal Hasan's mass murder with his Islamist ideology.
Yet, with Abdulmutallab, Obama jumped immediately to the conclusion, against all existing evidence, that the bomber acted alone.
More jarring still were Obama's references to the terrorist as a "suspect" who "allegedly tried to ignite an explosive device." You can hear the echo of FDR: "Yesterday, December 7, 1941 — a date which will live in infamy — Japanese naval and air force suspects allegedly bombed Pearl Harbor."

Obama reassured the nation that this "suspect" had been charged. Reassurance? The president should be saying: We have captured an enemy combatant — an illegal combatant under the laws of war: no uniform, direct attack on civilians — and now to prevent future attacks, he is being interrogated regarding information he may have about al-Qaida in Yemen.

Instead, Abdulmutallab is dispatched to some Detroit-area jail and immediately lawyered up. At which point he stops talking.

This absurdity renders hollow Obama's declaration that "we will not rest until we find all who were involved." Once we've given Abdulmutallab the right to remain silent, we have gratuitously forfeited our right to find out from him precisely who else was involved.

This is all quite mad even in Obama's terms. He sends 30,000 troops to fight terror overseas, yet if any terrorists come to attack us here, they are magically transformed from enemy into defendant.

The logic is perverse. If we find Abdulmutallab in an al-Qaida training camp in Yemen, where he is merely preparing for a terror attack, we snuff him out with a Predator — no judge, no jury, no qualms. But if we catch him in the United States in the act of mass murder, he's instantly protected.

The president said that this incident highlights "the nature of those who threaten our homeland." But the president is constantly denying the nature of those who threaten our homeland. On Dec. 29, he referred five times to Abdulmutallab as "extremist."

A man who shoots abortion doctors is an extremist. An eco-fanatic who torches logging sites is an extremist. Abdulmutallab is a jihadist. And unlike guys who shoot abortion doctors, jihadists have cells all over the world; they blow up trains in London, nightclubs in Bali and airplanes over Detroit (if they can); and openly pledge war on America.

Any government can through laxity let someone slip through the cracks. But a government that refuses to admit that we are at war, indeed, refuses to name the enemy, turns laxity into a governing philosophy.

Eric Holder and His Leftist Comrades Are Responsible For Delaying Trials

                                                       H/T goes to Moonbattery

In Andrew McCarthy's article, he explains how Eric Holder himself along with his friends are the reason that there were so few military trials. Many of the same lawyers that obstructed the Bush administration efforts in bringing terrorists to military trial are now working for the Obama Justice Department. Yeah. You heard that right. The very lawyers that at every chance they got blockaded the Bush administration's efforts to bring these terrorists to justice are the same ones today advising BO to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a NYC courtroom because of delays which they themselves caused.

So, these leftist lawyers aided the terrorists at every chance they could get just to fill their leftist disdain for the Bush administration who vowed to bring justice to our enemies' and they campaigned against justice being served upon terrorists who were co-conspirators in committing the heinous acts of terrorism against our country, including the tragedy of 9/11. If it wasn't for these leftist lawyers, then justice would have been swiftly served upon these Islamic Jihadists. This type of justice would have honored all of the 9/11 victims. But, this court masqerade in NYC will only disgrace those lives lost on 9/11. The families of 9/11 victims have had to endure the delay of justice for their loved ones, not due to the Bush administration, but rather because of Holder and his gang of leftist lawyer cronies who craved for this NYC courtroom moment to show off just how much disdain they have for an America which would fight against terrorists in an all out frontal assault instead of merely waiting for another attack to happen on American soil while playing like nice little boys and girls with the terrorists. War does not work like that. In war you must give it your all to protect the country and citizens you serve instead of doing a half-ass job like our current president is doing now.

Holder's law firm Covington & Burling donated over 3000 hours of free legal assistance to our enemy detainees. Holder and the rest of our enemies' lawyers strongarmed the court's liberal bloc to invalidate military commissions charging that the commissions were not prescribed by Congress, but that they were actually prescribed by the President. This was unfounded and false. The left only knows how to distort reality for personal gain. Congress had in all actuality approved military tribunals in the 2005 Detainee Treatment Act. Should Eric Holder and his leftist comrades be charged with aiding our enemy? It sure seems that way to me since they blocked every effort to bring justice to terrorists. And now, their form of justice might include the aquittal of terrorists -- terrorists who committed heinous acts -- only to fulfill their malicious desire to make a mockery of the Bush administration when they were merely doing their job to protect American citizens from enduring the wrath of another 9/11 type of attack.

It is obvious that Holder and his gang of lawyers must have had an agenda straight from the beginning. If these leftist lawyers really had even a miniscule amount of love for America, and wanted to protect Americans, they would have allowed the military commissions to proceed under the Bush administration. Before 2006, Congress implicitly approved military commissions. In 2006 Congress explicitly approved the Military Commissions Act. After this Act was passed both the Al-Qaeda bar and the terrorists volunteer lawyers went to work simultaneously attacking the new commission system. Unfortuantely, it wasn't until well into 2008 that a lower court ruled that leftists abominable Bourmediene court decision did not invalidate the military commissions. Holder and his leftist comrades should not have been permitted to work in any aspect of the government and much less the Justice Dept. These anti-American leftists lawyers should have been brought up on charges for impeding justice and thus aiding the enemy. This administration is both a disgrace to America and its citizens. This administration sickens me. . .

Senator Lindsay Graham Excoriates Eric Holder

Yesterday, Senator Lindsay Graham of South Carolina excoriated Eric Holder. He ripped Eric Holder to shreds. I love it!  The Attorney General had much trouble responding to Graham's questions. Graham is right. The only reason Obama is backing Holder's decision is to appease his leftist base which is full of loons. This unconscionable decision will make history, and in a very bad way. The decision to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the 9/11 mastermind, and four other terrorists has nothing to do with the security of this nation, safety of Americans, or even about justice. This is purely politics of the worst nature. This decision only has the potential for harm. It will expose and increase the threat level for all Americans.

We must put pressure on the Obama administration to reverse course, to think about the safety of The United States of America and all of its citizens, so that they will try these terrorists in a military commission instead of trying them in a federal court in New York City.

Obama & Holder: Do They Hate America or Do They REALLY Hate America?

are
Cheerleaders
FOR

Eric Holder, President Obama, and all the officials in the Obama administration decision to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other terrorists in a New York courtroom is unconscionable!!!!! This is pure political malice. But, do any of these bastards have a conscience? It seems NOT. Obama, Eric Holder, and the members of the Obama administration only want to create a show trial against the Bush administration. It is clearer to me than ever that ALL of these people HATE AMERICA!!

The Obama administration is treating these terrorists as if they are merely common criminals that were taken off the streets of in the United States. These terrorists were not picked up off of any of our streets but rather captured overseas in the midst of a WAR. These killers are terrorists. These terrorists are co-conspirators in the 9/11 attacks and declared war upon us. We have vowed to "Never Forget" 9/11. It seems as though that this current administration has forgotten about 9/11- One of the greatest tragedies in our nation's history. Our brave military men and women captured these terrorists while fighting a war overseas. We are still at War. Or, has this administration forgotten that? Maybe, since Obama and his cronies continue to dither while our heroes keep on waiting for an answer to General McCrhystal's request for additional troops. This adminstration continues to undermine the war effort, as they did during the Bush presidency. Obama, Eric Holder, and officials in the Obama administration are so anti-military, its unbelievable. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the four other terrorists need to be tried properly - in front of a military tribunal. All of these leftist, progressive, commies undermined the Bush administration's efforts to enact justice on these terrorists. But, the terrorists even want to plead guilty in front of a military commision. So, why are you going to make this into a circus freak show and complicate matters when there is a very simple solution. Mr. President, if you cared about this country at all, you would let the terrorists plead guilty in front of a military commission, and then have them executed in a timely manner instead of dragging this process on for years.

I am pissed... So, outraged.... This commander-in-chief makes me utterly sick.... This decision to hold trials in NY for the mastermind of 9/11 and four other terrorisists is outrageous!! And, one more time, I will say that this decision is unconscionable!!! We need to stop this tragedy from happening. Protest, protest, protest. Let these America haters hear us loud and clear! We will not let you disparage and disgrace this country. We must fight to keep our nation's honor.

God Bless America!!!!!

STOP Obama administration America Haters!!

STOP Eric Holder, America Hater!!

STOP Obama, America Hater!! He is the Obamanation of America!!

To stop this travesty from occurring, here is a link to sign a petition to stop these trials from happening in New York. http://www.thebravest.com/

Hotel Gitmo: CIA Got It Right & Kept U.S. Safe

My good buddy Rush and I would like to inform you that there will soon be some vacancies at this first rate hotel due to previous occupants leaving. Rush and I would like to invite all of you to the primo vacation spot in the world. Our wonderful guest(detainees) have had the pleasure of experiencing this four star hotel. The spectacular accommodations included a skylight above them and two 17 watt fluoresent-tube light bulbs. And throughout all hours of the day they could listen to the fabulous music called white noise, at 79 decibels. Heck, the residents (detainees) even get a little water spashed on them to make sure that they are hydrated.

CLUB GITMO

Here is some of the fabulous
musical talent at Hotel Gitmo!!!

Eric Holder, one of Obama's Chicago TOP THUGS has just ordered a special investigation of our CIA AGENTS, and how they kept the United States safe for over eight years. These CIA agents were following and carrying out their orders for President Bush in response to the catastrophic terrorist attacks of September 11. Attorney General Eric Holder appointed John Durham, who is a career Justice Department prosecutor from Connecticut. These CIA agents are patriots serving our country and had a duty to protect us from another terrorist attack by gaining information. What the hell do these liberal pansies want us to do in order to thwart another terrorist attack? Libtards just want CIA agents to sit down peacefully with terrorists who are wiling to die for their cause. Liberals think that these terrorists who have been trained on how to kill, mutilate, behead and commit other horrific acts are just going to spill their guts about future attacks. These Chicago pussies have no clue what it takes to keep a country safe from terrorists. They just want to sing Kum Ba Yah and hold their hands and hope everything will turn out okay for U.S.

If I was in the CIA I would refuse to perform any interrogations at all unless I received a pardon from President Obama. This has immensely lowered the morale of our fine CIA agents who are supposed to be protecting us and gaining information to avert other terroristic threats, or attacks. Obama says he wants to move forward but he's not and by him ordering Eric Holder to conduct these CIA investigations proves that. He even said that he wanted these investigations to happen during the presidential campaign. He is trying to have it both ways which is really scummy in my book.

In a Washington Times article , Ben Conery stated regarding Eric Holder, "He made the decision over the opposition of CIA Director Leon E. Panetta and despite the often-stated wishes of President Obama to "look forward" and not become entangled in a debate over the past practices of the war on terror.

In a New York Times article, Scott Shane and Mark Mazetti wrote: "But the strong impression that emerges from the documents, many with long passages blacked out for secrecy, is by no means one of gung-ho operatives running wild. It is a portrait of overwhelming control exercised from C.I.A. headquarters and the Department of Justice — control Bush administration officials say was intended to ensure that the program was safe and legal."

Managers, doctors and lawyers not only set the program’s parameters but dictated every facet of a detainee’s daily routine, monitoring interrogations on an hour-by-hour basis.

"The interrogators’ objective," the background paper says, "is to transition the HVD to a point where he is participating in a predictable, reliable and sustainable manner." The policy was to use the "least coercive measure" to achieve the goal. The harsh treatment began with the "attention slap," and for three prisoners of the nearly 100 who passed through the program, the endpoint was waterboarding.
"Elaborate care went into figuring out the precise gradations of coercion," said David B. Rivkin Jr., a lawyer who served in the administrations of Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush. "Yes, it’s jarring. But it shows how both the lawyers and the nonlawyers tried to do the right thing."

Among the chilling details in the documents, titled "Khalid Sheikh Mohammad: Preeminent Source On Al-Qaeda" and "Detainee Reporting Pivotal for the War Against Al Qaeda":

• The identities of key participants in an al Qaeda program to develop the ability to mount anthrax attacks.

• The identities of about 70 people whom al Qaeda had "deemed suitable for Western attacks."

In a Fox News Poll, 94 % of Americans do not want an investigation to happen. So, What the hell happened to Obama's promise to listen to the American people? That went out the window, along with most of his other promises.

"Detainee reporting has helped thwart a number of Al-Qaeda plots to attack targets in the West and elsewhere," one of the reports said. That included plots to fly planes into buildings on the West Coast, setting off bombs in U.S. cities and planning to employ a network of Pakistanis to target gas stations, railroad tracks and the Brooklyn Bridge.

"These documents suggest that enhanced interrogation techniques prevented terrorist attacks and protected our country," said Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, which filed the request under the Freedom of Information Act.

The two CIA documents that were just recently released, have proven that indeed Dick Cheney was right all along regarding the effectivess of the enhanced interogation techniques.

The EIT's did WORK!!!! The high-amount of effectiveness that the enhanced interrogation techniques had led to an overwhelming domino effect of captures and information regarding future terrorist attacks.

Because of the Fact that Enhanced Interrogation Techniques
Worked Effectively, They Created a Domino Effect.

An article by Rowan Scarborough, in the Human Events Newspaper dissected the recently released CIA documents very well. Here are some facts that the article pointed out:

1) After being water-boarded, Abu Zubaydah started singing like a canary, and revealed the name of a high-value Al-Qaeda member named, Khalid Shaik Mohammed (KSM), as the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks.

2) KSM was captured. And, after being water-boarded he divulged high-value information ranging from how Al-Qaeda operated, ranging from the finances to recruitmant, revealed other attack plans, and the names of other terrorists who had not before been identified. KSM admitted to funneling money to Al-Qaeda operative Majid Khan.

3) The CIA captured Khan, and admitted giving the money to another operative named Zumbair. Zumbair admitted working with Hambali, an Al-Qaeda leader in South Africa who pulled off the horrific 2002 Bali, Indonesia bombings that killed 240 people.

4)Khan's information led to the capture of Hambali, who is now at Guantanomo Bay, Cuba. Then, Khan gave up the name of Hanbali's brother Rasmun Gunawan as his successor in Africa.

5) Gunawan was captured and ended up giving up mega doses of high-value information such as: He provided a vast array of mobs of terrorists to travel to Kurachi, Pakistan for training, and it was in their plans to send KSM to groom them to travel to the U.S. and unleash attacks. One attack envisioned by KSM as an encore to Sept. 11 was to hijack more aircraft and fly them into skyscrapers around the United States.

Other Plots Foiled:

1) KSM had recruited an Ohio truck driver named Iyman Faris-to kill Americans. He was arrested while it was in the planning stages. He was convicted and sentenced to 20 years in prison.

2) Khalid exposed yet another plot that he was conspiring with Sayf al Rahman Paracha to smuggle explosives into the U.S., to bomb buildings in New York City. Paracha was located and arrested before he could set off bombs, and is sitting in Guatanomo Bay, Cuba.

3) Bomb U.S. embassy in Pakistan

4) Truck- bomb the U.S. military base on the Horn of Africa and

5) to fly into airport terminals at Heathrow Airport.

According to the CIA Report titled, " Detainee Reporting Pivotal for the War Against Al-Qaeda", it concludes that "Detainee reporting has helped thwart a number of al Qaeda plots to attack targets in the West and elsewhere. Not only have detainees reported on potential targets and techniques that al Qaeda operational planners have considered but arrests also disrupted attack plans in progress."

Are the Enhanced Interrogation Techniques
the Reason Why We
Have Not
Been Attacked in Over Eight Years?

Obama's Narrow Use of the Word Terrorist

Since the killing of both the abortionist George Tiller and Private Long I have been contemplating how both the President and the MSM responded to each tragedy. I have also been assessing when and how President Obama used the terms terrorism and terrorist.

I find it very troubling that the President was so willing to use the words terrorist and terrorism after the abortionist George Tiller was murdered. But when Private Long was gunned down by a Muslim convert he didn't respond for two days. And Obama does not refer to this Muslim as a terrorist who killed his enemy, who was a member of the United States military. He used the term Terrorist so loosely and immediately following the shooting of George Tiller. The MSM were so biased in their reporting of the George Tiller murder that they devoted five times the coverage to the murder of Tiller than to the murder of Private Long.

He seemed to blame the pro-life movement when Scott Roeder was a lone wolf who reacted solely on his own without the support of anyone in the pro-life movement.Pro-Life groups across the U.S. have denounced George Tiller's murder. Tiller performed the most extreme and heinous legal acts allowed in the U.S. The United States should be ashamed of allowing such a procedure to exist legally which is so Hitleresque. The U.S condemned Hitler and The Nazis for experimentation and extermination of the Jews who were not able to speak out and defend themselves. Yet Obama and pro-choicers are taking advantage of the most innocent precious life who cannot speak for themselves either. I do not think any killing is acceptable unless it is in war or in self-defense. The pro-life movement is not responsible for the murder of George Tiller.

Obama, when talking about the Muslim extremists during his overseas trip, did not mention the words terrorist or terrorism. I find it highly disturbing that Obama cannot speak the words terrorist or terrorism when referring to the extremists who killed 3000 Americans on September 11,2001. Instead Obama calls the terrorists jihadists like he is trying to sugarcoat exactly how violent and evil these terrorists really are. While overseas Obama referred to terrorists as jihadists and in my opinion it was for fear of offending Muslims in the Middle East.

Both the murders of Tiller and of Private Long were acts of terrorism. So was what happened on 9/11. But the fact that Obama can't use the word terrorism in reference to Muslims who used three planes for the destruction of buildings and the killing of 3000 American lives is unconscionable. Tiller was one person and Obama could think of that as terrorism and actually use the word but when referring to Muslim jihadists who killed 3000 times as many people as the person who killed Tiller he could not bring himself to use the word terrorist. This is appalling to me since there is quite a difference in the number of lives lost between September 11 and the George Tiller murder. Obama could not even refer to the incident of the Muslim who killed Private Long as an act of terrorism.

This week I found out that George Tiller's abortuary is remaining closed permanently. This is a happy ending for the pro-life movement. I am sure that it would have stayed open if they could have found an abortionist willing to perform third-trimester abortions. The abortions Tiller performed were not necessary at all. If it was because the life of the mother was in danger the women would not had to seek out Tiller to have a third trimester abortion and the closest hospital to the patient would have performed the abortion in order to save the mother's life. These controversial third trimester abortions Tiller performed were egregious and horrifying. It is a blessing from God that Tiller's abortion clinic is closed permanently.

My Response to Obama's Cairo Speech

At Cairo, President Obama stated,"More recently, tension has been fed by colonialism that denied rights and opportunities to many Muslims, and a Cold War in which Muslim-majority countries were too often treated as proxies without regard to their own aspirations. Moreover, the sweeping change brought by modernity and globalization led many Muslims to view the West as hostile to the traditions of Islam.
And I consider it part of my responsibility as President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear."

Obama is way off base when he refers to colonialism as denying rights to Muslims. If Obama is referring to Iraq, that is not colonialism. The United States went into Iraq to liberate the Iraqi people who were living under a brutal dictator, Saddam Hussein. American troops went into Iraq to assist the Iraqi people with starting a new life, which includes freedom, which they did not have under Hussein. The United States did not go into Iraq to set up a mini model of the United States. Iraq is still a Muslim nation. The United States did not force its Judeo-Christian roots onto the Iraqi people or its government. The American troops are and have been in Iraq fighting the terrorists and bringing peace to the Iraqi people.

Obama accuses the United States of ignoring Muslims aspirations during the Cold War. The United States primary goal during the Cold War was in its defense against Russia. President Ronald Reagan's main priority was defending the U.S. and making sure that Russia did not have the opportunity to create and launch a nuclear strike against the United States. Obama is not happy about how the Muslims were left alone during the Cold War. He again, is not happy with the U.S. in helping Muslims in Iraq. It seems to me that nothing makes him and other liberals happy. We stay out of the Muslims business during the Cold War and liberals are not happy. Then The United States tries to help Muslims in Iraq and Obama and other liberals aren't happy either. I am wondering if Obama is only happy when he has the power to decide what role the United States plays in Muslim affairs.

I find Obama's last statement appalling. For him to think that its his responsibility as the President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam is absurd. When a group of people takes it upon themselves to kill 3000 innocent American lives, they as Muslims have created their own labeling as being terrorists. The United States did not attack Muslims on Spetember 11, 2001. Muslims are the ones that committed this heinous act. Muslims are the ones that need to change the way people perceive them. Americans are not the ones that need to change. It is the President's respomsibility to defend us against the terrorists, who just happen to be of Muslim descent. It is not the President's responsiblity to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam or Muslims.
