This is a good interview. I disagree with some of Judge Napolitano's positions, though. I disagree that taxation is theft. I think that progressive or excessive taxation is theft. I don't understand why the Judge wouldn't necessarily be happy that the government was involved in ending slavery and in advancing women's suffrage. I disagree with him about President Bush. I do agree with him when he says that the Patriot Act needs to be repealed. I agree with him about abortion.

The Economic Cost of Abortion
Abortion is not only a moral issue but is also an economic issue. Abortion is murder. But looking beyond the immorality of abortion now let's take a look at the economic implications of abortions. According to the statistics from 1973 to 2005 there have been at least 40,463,050 abortions performed since the Supreme Court case Roe v. Wade, when abortion was legalized. For the purpose of taking into account accidents, diseases, and miscarriages that may have caused a certain number of deaths let's subtract 10 percent of these lives from the total amount that were aborted. So if you subtract 4,046,305 from 40,463,050 you get 36,416,745. Taking into account possible deaths from accidents etc. from 1973 - 1993 there were at least 20,754,095 abortions. People who would have been born from 1973 to 1993 would be paying into the system today. First, try and imagine 20,754,095 Americans being added to our population. Then think about how it would be if these 20 million people were contributing to Social Security, and paying both State and Federal taxes. Do you think we would have economic problems as severe as those we have now with the deficit, national debt, with the future funding of Social Security if we had an additional 20 million people paying into the system?
This is how abortion is destroying America:
This is how abortion is destroying America:
Try and Imagine if 60 of the largest populated cities were wiped out from a nuclear war. That is exactly the number of people that the United States has lost to the abortion industry. Look here.
Here is a very worthwhile video on the cost of abortion. The video is about an hour in length but is extremely well done. I suggest you grab a snack and a beverage before watching the video.
Planned Parenthood Caught Covering Up Sex Trafficking
This video exposes yet one more reason to revoke the taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood.
Mike Pence agrees and says this: “The time to deny any and all funding to Planned Parenthood is now. In the wake of yet another scandal involving Planned Parenthood, I urge Congress to move the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act to the floor for immediate consideration”
The Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act ensures that taxpayer money authorized by the federal government for family planning efforts supposedly to reduce abortions don’t go to the nation’s biggest abortion business.
Last year alone, according to Planned Parenthood’s own annual report, it received more than $363 million in revenue from government grants and contracts. During that same timeframe, it did 324,008 abortions, a 5.8 percent increase from the previous year, which also set a record high at that time.
These pro-aborts must be stopped from forcing their personal moral depravity and moral bankruptcy on other taxpayers who know that abortion is murder. Denying a fact - that abortion kills an unborn human life - doesn't make the opposite opinion true. We must stop taxpayer funding of murder!

Young Grizzly Slams Olbermann for 'Worst' Person Label
Olbermann, the lie teller, who practices hypocrisy quite often accuses Bristol Palin of hypocrisy since she is a spokesperson for abstinence education and just happens to be a teen mother. I say, don't worry Bristol at least your not like Olbermann who promotes the murder of countless innocents all out of selfishness. He promotes the immorality of both men and women who claim to need a sex fix and engage in a one night stand while not taking responsibility for his or her actions. And, no the woman or man taking responsibility does not consist of propping up, being complicit in or partaking in the act of murdering a separate human being in the mother's womb. Taking responsibility for one's fling in the hay is doing as Bristol Palin has done and is still doing - having the child, taking care of the child by working hard to provide for her son Tripp, and loving her son with all her heart. Murder - abortion- is NOT LOVE!!! Murdering an innocent defenseless unborn human being is one of the coldest, cruelest, evil acts a person could do. So you can take that and stuff it where the sun don't shine Mr. Know-It-All, selfish, arrogant Olbermoron!!!
Here is Bristol Palin's response to Keith Olbermann as posted on The Blaze:
Recently, a left wing commentator named Keith Olbermann attacked me for being a spokesperson for abstinence education and for being an Ambassador for the Candies Foundation, which promotes teen pregnancy awareness and prevention education. He went so far as to call me “the worst person” he knows, apparently, for my efforts to educate teenagers about the real world risks of premarital sex.
Accusing me of hypocrisy is by now, an old canard. What Mr. Olbermann lacks in originality he makes up for with insincere incredulity. Mr. Olbermann fails to understand that in order to have credibility as a spokesperson, it sometimes takes a person who has made mistakes. Parents warn their children about the mistakes they made so they are not repeated. Former gang members travel to schools to educate teenagers about the risks of gang life. Recovered addicts lecture to others about the risks of alcohol and drug abuse. And yes, a teen mother talks about the benefits of preventing teen pregnancy.
I have never claimed to be perfect. If that makes me the “worst person in the world” to Mr. Olbermann, then I must apologize for not being absolutely faultless like he undoubtedly must be.
To Mr. Olbermann let me say this: you can attack me all you want. But you will not stop me from getting my message out about teen pregnancy prevention. And one day, if you ever have a daughter, you may change your mind about me.

Elena Kagan's Abortion Distortion
When President Obama promised in his inaugural address to “restore science to its rightful place,” he never explained what that rightful place would be. Documents recently released in connection with the Supreme Court nomination of Solicitor General Elena Kagan suggest an answer: wherever it can best be used to skew political debate and judicial outcomes.
The documents involved date from the Clinton White House. They show Miss Kagan’s willingness to manipulate medical science to fit the Democratic party’s political agenda on the hot-button issue of abortion. As such, they reflect poorly on both the author and the president who nominated her to the Supreme Court.
There is no better example of this distortion of science than the language the United States Supreme Court cited in striking down Nebraska’s ban on partial-birth abortion in 2000. This language purported to come from a “select panel” of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a supposedly nonpartisan physicians’ group. ACOG declared that the partial-birth-abortion procedure “may be the best or most appropriate procedure in a particular circumstance to save the life or preserve the health of a woman.” The Court relied on the ACOG statement as a key example of medical opinion supporting the abortion method.
Years later, when President Bush signed a federal partial-birth-abortion ban (something President Clinton had vetoed), the ACOG official policy statement was front and center in the attack on the legislation. U.S. District Court Judge Richard Kopf, one of the three federal judges that issued orders enjoining the federal ban (later overturned by the Supreme Court), devoted more than 15 pages of his lengthy opinion to ACOG’s policy statement and the integrity of the process that led to it.
Like the Supreme Court majority in the prior dispute over the Nebraska ban, Judge Kopf asserted that the ACOG policy statement was entitled to judicial deference because it was the result of an inscrutable collaborative process among expert medical professionals. “Before and during the task force meeting,” he concluded, “neither ACOG nor the task force members conversed with other individuals or organizations, including congressmen and doctors who provided congressional testimony, concerning the topics addressed” in the ACOG statement.
In other words, what medical science has pronounced, let no court dare question. The problem is that the critical language of the ACOG statement was not drafted by scientists and doctors. Rather, it was inserted into ACOG’s policy statement at the suggestion of then–Clinton White House policy adviser Elena Kagan.
UPDATE: Mind Numbed Robot gives us great insight into why the GOP must filibuster Kagan.

OVARIES: Lock 'Em Away!
From Pittsburgh-Tribune, a Pittsburgh woman is accused of leaving her baby in the car: PITTSBURGH (AP) -- A Pittsburgh woman is accused of leaving her baby girl locked in a car in subfreezing temperatures.
Twenty-five-year-old Dori Lee Zielmanski was arrested after she returned to the car Monday evening.
Police say she told them she left the baby in the car while she went to the bathroom. Investigators say a passer-by noticed the child and called police.
Authorities say the baby was left alone for at least 15 minutes in the car in the Bloomfield neighborhood.
Zielmanski faces charges including child endangerment. She was arraigned early Tuesday morning. It was not immediately clear if she was still in custody.
The baby was transported to a hospital to be checked out. Social workers are now caring for the girl.
"...better put our uteruses in a lockbox...!" Camryn Manheim on her fellow liberal pro-choicers at the 2004 Abortion Yes! rally (so-named because --of course-- pro-choicers are not pro-abortion, right?)
FEMINAZI
Alright, stupidity is the word of the day. How can women, mothers specifically, but also people in general lack, be so lacking in common sense and turn into irresponsible nitwits? Did common sense go out the window? AAAHHHH!!! (scream) Some people are too stupid or not raised properly by their parents to know how to take care of babies and kids of their own. These people who are stupid should not engage in "safe" sex. It makes me think of the image below. It comes to us from Sig94 at Goomba News Network. He came up with this funny slogan in response to N.O.W. and other pro-abortion groups who are against the Tim Tebow ad airing during the Super Bowl. I think it is most appropos for this situation also. First of all, who in the heck in their right mind would leave a baby or child in their car? In an unsafe neighborhood? Bloomfield is an okay neighborhood, but in my opinion it is not an extra specially safe neighborhood. But, regardless, anyone with any amount of parenting skills whatsoever would NEVER, and I'll repeat this, would NEVER leave their child in a car, let alone in a freezing car. In today's society is there some stupidity contest going on? It sure seems like it. In a poster below you will see that Should women in our society who display a blatant lack of respect for human life, or de-valuing of human life, and nonsensical women who lack the necessary skills to properly take care of their children be sent off to the school of morality & common sense? Sending them off to a school that teaches morals, values, and the difference between right and wrong would really help our society.

Former Pres. George W. Bush To Receive Cardinal O'Connor Pro-Life Award; Abortion Is Murder Part 2
Former President George W. Bush will be honored the weekend of Feb. 5-6 by the lay group Legatus, and awarded the prestigious Cardinal John O' Connor Pro-Life Award for all of his efforts and accomplishments in advancing the pro-life cause.
As posted by the Catholic News Agency: The prestigious Cardinal John J. O'Connor Pro-Life Award is being given in response to the former president's eight years of pro-life legislation. Legatus cites his administration's opposition to embryonic stem cell research, an executive order barring federal funds from being used for abortion related projects abroad, the appointment of two pro-life Supreme Court Justices and a rule protecting federally funded health employees from taking part in abortion or practices that conflict with their faith as policies that Bush helped enact during his presidency.
The group of Catholic business professionals also noted that one of the former president's last efforts while in office included a declaration of Jan. 18, 2009 as “National Sanctity of Human Life Day,” along with a statement that “the most basic duty of government is to protect the life of the innocent.”
The former president will be a accompanied by a host of other speakers at the event, including Cardinal Francis George, Archbishop Timothy Dolan, actress Patricia Heaton, entrepreneur Frank J. Hanna III, Fr. Robert Spitzer, Newt and Callista Gingrich, and Thomas Donahue, the president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
I am so happy that Legatus chose to honor President Bush's pro-life accomplishments enacted during his presidency. President Bush truly deserves this award. I liked him as President and will always say he was/is a good and moral man that stood up for all life, all innocent life, including unborn human life.

Remembering The March For Life -- Abortion is Murder Part 1
I have very fond memories of attending the March For Life. I always enjoyed attending the March and loved the opportunity to express my voice of discontent and outrage to a government that legalized the murder of innocent human beings. I started attending the March For Life with my Mom when I was in 7th grade and continued to go through high school, rode on a bus starting at midnight from Steubenville in college, and even attended a March for Life with my husband after returning to Maryland. This is one of my passions. I know that the unborn baby is alive and killing the baby is murder. But, out of selfishness our government promotes the killing of vulnerable unborn babies out of a so-called "choice." Our government has given into the devil. Any government that allows the murder of innocent unborn babies is EVIL and promoting EVIL and allowing EVIL to happen. We must stop this INFANTICIDE!!!! We must stop future generations from being murdered. We must keep on fighting the good fight against this evil government that authorizes and promotes the new slavery- ABORTION. We must continue to speak up and fight so that Roe vs. Wade is overturned. I wasn't able to go on the March for Life because of college classes but I did attend the Virtual March for life and find these video for you to see. This is the first of two posts on abortion and the March for Life.
